ABOUT ME

I graduated from the University of Oklahoma in May 2025 with a Bachelor's degree in journalism and mass communication. I majored in advertising and minored in political science. 

In my final semester at OU, I was a TA for Professor Jim Helberg in the course, Advertising Media. This experience allowed me to connect with and foster a group of advertising students throughout the semester. They were tasked with researching and creating a media plan for Doritos. Of the 5 groups, my team placed 1st in the presentation competition.

I am a department coordinator at Sun and Ski Sports. This position allows me to merchandise both the apparel and footwear departments. I am passionate about creating an inviting and organized space for both customers and employees. Being in a leadership position has allowed me to introduce sales and product knowledge to the sales associates and gives me the opportunity to ensure customers are given the utmost attention regarding their needs. I love connecting and forming relationships with customers, vendors, and upper management to establish a secure and trusting environment.
